(Winter Hours - 9 AM to 1 PM October through May) (Summer Hours - 8 AM to 11 AM June through September) - Town of Carefree - 8 Sundial Circle, Carefree, AZ 85377. Every Friday near the Sundial in Carefree! Vendors change weekly. Features may include fresh, local, seasonal produce, herbs, and flowers; locally made jams, jellies, and salsas; and fresh baked breads. FREE ADMISSION AND PARKING! When it's hot, the market moves to the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion stage area with shade and misters to cool the area.
Carefree Friday Nights
Carefree Friday, a weekly event, invites you to explore the charm of Carefree after sunset. Local restaurants offer live entertainment, and stores in the Town Center stay open later for more shopping. Enjoy a delightful dinner, take a stroll through the Carefree Desert Gardens, and discover local treasures—all in one night. It's a simple and enjoyable way to experience the best of Carefree under the stars.
Kiwanis’ Family Fun Days: Archaeology Expo
March 1, 2025, from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Cave Creek Museum at 6140 E Skyline Drive, Cave Creek, AZ. Annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast

GCS Farmers Market

The Arizona Gold Mining Experience
March 8th from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cave Creek Museum at 6140 E Skyline Dr, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. *** Due to the popularity of this event, pre-purchase of tickets is required. Tickets may be purchased on the EVENT page. *** SPECIAL 2ND SATURDAY TIME!!!! The museum opens at 8:30 am for event check-in, The AZ GOLD MINING EXPERIENCE begins at 10 am! The Cave Creek Museum’s AZ GOLD MINING EXPERIENCE is unique with its display of the complete hard rock ore extraction process, with the mine shaft, tramway, ore carts, crushing, and extraction, which are always on display but operated on 2nd Saturdays.

29th Annual Spring Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival
March 14, 15, & 16, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM in downtown Carefree - 101 Easy Street. Admission is $5 (Cash Only) Wine Tasting Ticker with Souvenir Glass is $15 (cash Preferred) guests can view fine art selected through a comprehensive jury process, sample fine wines and spirits, snack on festival food, and listen to live music, all while soaking in the sunshine, reveling in the mountain views, and meeting artists and fellow art lovers. This year’s featured artist is the husband-and-wife team of Mary Hone, a wildlife photographer and advocate for wild horses, and the versatile Al Hone, a wood sculptor, bronze sculptor, and charcoal artist. Cave Creek Rodeo Days Parade
March 22, 2025, at 9 AM on Cave Creek Road in Cave Creek. Kicking off rodeo week festivities will be the traditional Cave Creek Rodeo Days Parade in the Town of Cave Creek. Horseback riders, draft hitches, floats, unique automobiles, rodeo royalty, clubs, organizations, bands, trick riders, clowns, and more have added a distinctively fun time and western flavor to Cave Creek as the colorful entourage makes its way along Cave Creek Road. Come enjoy the day in Cave Creek, Arizona, and help us kick off rodeo week by enjoying the Cave Creek Rodeo Days Parade!
Cave Creek Rodeo Days Mutton Bustin'
March 23rd, 2025. The event start time is 1 PM at Cave Creek Memorial Arena located at 37201 N 28th St in Cave Creek - Admission is free to the public on March 23rdh, 2025. Mutton Bustin' is one of the rodeo’s most popular events and offers youngsters between the ages of 4 and 7 and weight (under 60 lbs.) a chance to begin their rip-roaring rodeo careers. The helmeted cowpokes have an opportunity to ride a “Wooley Bulley” inside the rodeo arena. Come on out and cheer for the youngsters! Cave Creek Rodeo Days All Bulls, All Night
March 27, 2025. Gates open at 5 PM, performance starts at 7:30 PM. at the Cave Creek Memorial Arena located at 37201 N 28th St in Cave Creek. All Bulls, All Night, brings Western culture to life with Professional Bull Riding an unforgettable night show, and an overall event you are not too soon to forget. This night is all about showcasing the Professional Rodeo Cowboy’s bull riders and bullfighters that bring our fans to their feet! Tuesday Bluesday Jam at Black Mountain Guitar
Every 4th Tuesday of every month from 6:30 PM to 8 PM at Black Mountain Guitar located at 6220 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek. Got the Tuesday Night Blues? Grab your favorite Axe and join blues legend Chuck Hall as we jam the Blues together. Vocalists, harp, bass, piano, and percussionists are also welcome. Cave Creek Rodeo
March 27 - 30, 2025, Gates open at 5 PM on Friday and Saturday. Performances start at 7:30 PM; Sunday, March 24th, Gates open at noon with a performance at 2 PM.
All performances are held at the Cave Creek Memorial Rodeo Arena located at 37201 N 28th St, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. Tickets are on sale now, so don't delay! All seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis and there are no assigned seats! Purchase tickets and event schedules are available on their website.
Cave Creek Bike Week
March 28 - April 6, 2025, at Cave Creek Roadhouse 6900 E Cave Creek Rd, and Hideaway Grill 6746 E Cave Creek Rd in Cave Creek. The Hideaway Grill/Roadhouse is hosting our annual Cave Creek Bike Week from the 28th of March until the 6 of April in 2025! Contests, stunts, gypsy rides, tons of vendors, live music, builders' open houses, and more!
